12th National Conference on ADHD marks 25 years of advocacy in the Philippines
Pasig City, Philippines — The ADHD Society of the Philippines (ADHDSP) is proud to announce the National ADHD Conference 2025, themed “The Silver Lining of ADHD: Reasons to Celebrate,” to be held on October 18–19, 2025 at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig and online via Zoom.
This year’s conference coincides with ADHDSP’s 25th anniversary, a landmark celebration of its sustained advocacy for children, adults, and families living with ADHD.
Organized in official partnership with the City Government of Pasig, the two-day hybrid event will gather educators, healthcare professionals, parents, and advocates from across the country to highlight research, share best practices, and celebrate the creativity, talents, and resilience of individuals with ADHD.
“Too often, when parents come to us, it’s to voice out their fears and anxieties about their child’s diagnosis. ADHD is commonly viewed as a challenge. This year, we want to spotlight the silver linings—the strengths, energy, and innovative spirit that individuals with ADHD bring to families, classrooms, and communities,” said Jojo Nepomuceno, Vice-President of the ADHDSP and Chair of the National ADHD Conference for 2025.
“We are honored to partner with Pasig City, a local government known for good governance and forward-looking initiatives, to bring this message to the national stage.”
Conference Highlights
- Back-to-back panels featuring individuals with ADHD to kick off the conference and spotlight their stories of success, resilience, and growth
- Keynote addresses from leading experts on ADHD, education, mental health, and allied health professions
- Breakout sessions and workshops for teachers, parents, therapists, and young adults
- Paper presentations on ADHD by educators and researchers
The ADHDSP also announced that the conference will be formally opened by their official community partner, the City of Pasig, with Mayor Vico Sotto delivering the welcome address to participants.
The National Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Awareness Week is observed every third week of October as declared by then-President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo through Presidential Decree No. 472.
