13th Associations Summit to Convene on November 6 at Clark Freeport Zone: 'Power of Unity' at the Forefront

Manila, Philippines – The Philippine Council of Associations and Association Executives (PCAAE) is proud to announce the 13th edition of its flagship event, the Associations Summit, to be held on November 6, 2025, at the dynamic and fast-growing Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga. The Summit is hosted by the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) and supported by the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB).

With the overarching theme, “Power of Unity: Connect, Convene, Collaborate,” and the sub-theme, “Empowering Associations, Amplifying Impact,” the event is set to bring together 100 association leaders, professionals, and stakeholders from across the country and the region to foster collaboration, share knowledge, and celebrate the contributions of associations to national development.

This year’s Summit marks a milestone in multi-sectoral collaboration between the nonprofit sector and government. It is a compelling example of what is possible when diverse organizations unite to advance the collective interest of communities and industries. PCAAE’s partnership with CDC, the government agency managing the transformation of the former U.S. Air Force base into a modern economic hub, and TPB, the marketing arm of the Department of Tourism, underscores the potential of cross-sectoral synergies in promoting inclusive and sustainable growth through association-led initiatives.

Summit Program Highlights

The one-day Summit features four dynamic and interactive segments:

Part 1: Setting the Stage

A plenary session that opens with thought leaders and subject-matter experts providing powerful insights on the role of unity in community-building and nation-building, particularly through the work of associations.

Part 2: Learning and Sharing

This segment features two learning blocks:

• A panel discussion tackling key challenges and opportunities associations face in areas such as digital transformation, sustainability, and leadership.
• Plenary sessions offering deeper dives into themes such as green practices, digital tools and trends, and nurturing resilient, future-ready association leaders.

Part 3: Insightful Talks

Focused sessions designed to provide fresh perspectives:

• A special talk on innovative approaches to growing association membership and diversifying revenue streams.
• A CEO fireside chat spotlighting leadership journeys and strategies from association trailblazers.

Part 4: Awards Ceremony, CPAE & Lifetime Honorary Members Recognition

The Summit will culminate with the “ANG SUSI” Awards 2025, PCAAE’s annual tribute to association excellence. “ANG SUSI,” which stands for Associations Nurture National Growth through Social Unity and Sustainability Innovations, recognizes outstanding projects across six categories, as well as individual honors including the “Association Executive of the Year” and the “Association Board Member of the Year.” PCAAE’s Certified Professional Association Executive (CPAE) graduates will receive their certificates and Lifetime Honorary Members will also be recognized for their enduring legacy and service to the association community.
