1. Fighting graft and corruption by implementing good governance through transparency, accountability, participation, responsiveness, and efficiency, aimed at delivering effective and ethical leadership to the public.

2. Providing free education and improving the same by addressing shortage of teachers through increased salary, shortage of classrooms and using educational technology aimed at facilitating individuals' integration into society, thereby fostering economic growth and diminishing poverty.

3. Providing free universal health care to the poor and needy and the Indigenous People (IP) through widespread and accessible health care for women, public health services and public health information, including clean water and sanitation.

4. Promoting cooperativism (including microfinancing and livelihood) by including it in the current trade and development policy which plays an important economic and social role.
