WATCH: 'Pabebe Girls'-inspired AFP video recruiting female soldiers

Instead of another parody video of the so-called "pabebe girls," female soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) took inspiration from the viral video to recruit more women into service.
The video was uploaded by Lt. Lady Chatterly Alvaro-Sumbeling, who directed the bit.

"Hi, kami ang inyong pabebe soldiers. At walang makakapigil sa'min para maglingkod sa bayan," the four women soldiers said.
The soldiers belong to Civil Relations Service of the AFP. It is in charge of producing information materials for the AFP, among others.
"Kung gusto niyo, magtulungan tayo sa pagbibigay serbisyo sa bayan nang may respeto at dignidad at maaasahan maging sa katapatan at sa pagsulong ng kapayapaan at kaunlaran," they added.
Pabebe girls Janet Ricabo, 12, and Michelle Alfonso, 11, became social media celebrities by dissing haters in the viral hit "Pabebe Warriors", which has been imitated by netizens and celebrities. —Kathrina Charmaine Alvarez/JST, GMA News
