Latest 'Star Wars' poster features old, new faces — but no Luke Skywalker

Star Wars: The Force Awakens finally unveiled the official movie poster for its premiere two months away, setting off another wave of anticipation among fans all over the world.

 

 

The poster depicts both new and old faces: Kylo Ren, Captain Phasma, Poe Dameron, Rey, Finn, BB-8, Maz Kanata, Han Solo, Princess Leia, Chewbacca, R2-D2 and C-3PO.

 

Luke Skywalker is noticeably absent.

 

Star Wars' official website also announced that tickets will go on sale at select American theaters on Monday, weeks ahead of the much awaited premiere of the seventh installment of the franchise. —Jessica Bartolome/JST, GMA News
