First trailer for Star Trek Beyond

Paramount Pictures on Tuesday released the first trailer for "Star Trek Beyond," the third installment in the reboot series starring Chris Pine.

The film was directed by “Fast & Furious” filmmaker Justin Lin.

The other stars of the new Star Trek film are Zachary Quinto, John Cho, Simon Pegg, Zoë Saldana, Karl Urban, Anton Yelchin and Idris Elba.

The movie will open in Philippine cinemas in July 2016. —ALG, GMA News
