Netizens turn Erap's kilig over Pia's kiss into a meme

Pia Wurtzbach called on Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada on Monday, and the occasion to hand the Miss Universe the key to the city has quickly gone viral.

The mayor gave the 26-year-old beauty queen a kiss on the cheek, and the former actor feigned thrill.

The video has since gone viral, after creative netizens turned it into a meme, complete with a soundtrack of Maja Salvador's "Kilig" — a familiar tune for AlDub fans.

After being shared on the Senyora Santibañez Facebook page, the video has been shared more than 14,000 times and viewed nearly 900,000 times — no doubt to watch Erap's kilig reaction over and over again. —JST, GMA News
