BuzzFeed eats dinuguan: 'Just call me a cannibal. This pork blood is delicious'

In their continuing series of Americans eating Pinoy food, the BuzzFeed staff tried their next dish and it's a messy one.

On the menu: pork in pig's blood or the somehow more appealing local name, dinuguan. The participants weren't briefed about where the dark color of their meal came from and most of them ate with gusto.

"Looks like a tar pit, smells incredible, tastes amazing," one of them said, while others went with "umami" and "super flavorful."

After learning that they just ate blood, they joked about being at a moral fork in the road. In the end, one of them went with, "Just call me a cannibal. This pork blood is delicious." —Aya Tantiangco/JST, GMA News
