Radiohead gives rare performance of 'Creep'

Radiohead gave its French fans an unexpected surprise on Monday evening: a live performance of "Creep," the rock band's debut hit.

The Le Zenith Arena in Paris exploded in cheers when the band played the elusive song during the third show for their new album, "A Moon Shaped Pool."

It was the first time since 2009 that Radiohead performed "Creep," due to the members' conflicted attitude towards the song.

Released in 1992, "Creep" drew mixed reactions from critics in the United Kingdom. It did not do well in the charts until 1993, when it turned into a worldwide hit.

In 1998, the song was dropped from the band's setlist, only to make rare appearances during certain concerts. —Jessica Bartolome/JST, GMA News
