Kim Domingo lookalike says you don't need to be a girl to be pretty

Over 180,000 Facebook users are following the account of one Louis Santos, who populates the page with selfies of his pretty face. 

"His" is the right pronoun, because, as Louis put it, you don't have to be a girl to be pretty.

Louis first went viral after a photo of him aboard the jeep caught people's attention—and many were surprised to learn that he's a he. Some thought that he could pass as Kim Domingo's sister or Kim Domingo herself. 

In an interview with GMA News' 24 Oras on Sunday, the 14-year-old said that as a kid, he always had a "female heart" and his family accepts him. 

Louis' internet fame does come with a price and it has exposed him to negative comments and good old fashioned bashing. 

"Sana bago nila ako husgahan, kilalanin po muna nila ako," he told GMA News. "Pwede naman po naman nila ako hayaan or huwag pansin."
