How to unlock Twitter’s new Valentine emoji

Love is definitely in the air for Twitter, one of the world's leading social media platforms.

The site saw more than 2.5 billion tweets with the word “love” in the past year, with #LoveWins, #LoveYourself, and #TrueLove among the top love-related hashtags.

Twitter users also used emojis to send their love all over the world, with the top 10 global love emojis used last year being:

In time for Valentine's Day, the site has launched a new set of stickers and a brand new emoji for 2017.

How do you join the digital love party? Just type in #LoveHappens and the new emoji will automatically appear in the tweet!
