How nifty and useful – and it seems a lot of us agree! Uploaded on Facebook just like weekend, this inaanak aguinaldo form has gone viral.

It aims to help every godparent who, like this ninang, might be feeling iffy about this whole Christmas gift-giving thing.

There are two questions (what is the godparent’s complete name and his/her relation to the parents), two requirements (birth certificate and baptismal photo), four conditions, five fields, for a godchild to fill up.
