Jet Li broke his silence about speculation over his health, saying fans have nothing to worry about.

The actor and martial artist took to Facebook to assuage fans' concerns over a photo that went viral on social media supposedly showing his condition.

"I would like to thank all my fans who expressed concerns about my health. I'm doing great and feeling great!" he wrote.

"I'm excited to share with you all a few projects I am working on in the near future. For now, thank you all for your concerns!"

A photo of Jet Li looking frail sparked speculation over the effect of hyperthyroidism on the Once Upon in China star.
