Sneak peek of 'Tadhana' episode on 'Wowowin' winner reaches more 1.5 M views

A sneak peek of Tadhana's episode on Wowowin Mega Jackpot winner Edmar "Emay" Ribano has reached more than 1.5 million views online within just a week after its release.

Released on Facebook, the sneak peek video contained a quick glance on Emay's life before he joined the well-renowned show Wowowin.

According to the "Tadhana" episode, Emay's life took a lot of turns and bumpy roads before becoming the Mega Jackpot winner.

Emay would sell ice scramble and balot in the daytime before rushing to class at night. He would do this every single day just so he can get himself through school and support his family.

After he finished his course, he soon flew to Saudi Arabia where he worked as a mechanic. For two years, Emay became the favorite of his employer and because of this, Emay became the subject of despise and rumors from his envious co-workers.

He soon went back home after he finished his contract and it was then that Wowowin coincidentally announced the search for young OFW willing to join the show.

Emay quickly lined up to audition, and there he fell in love at first sight with another contestant named Tintin.

Tadhana, a weekly drama anthology series on the lives of OFW, is set to premiere Emay's episode this coming Saturday at 3:15PM. — Kaela Malig/LA, GMA News
