Here's what Pinoys Googled the most in 2019

Google went and exposed what Pinoys searched for the most in 2019.

In its Facebook page on Friday, the search engine released the top most searched topics in the Philippines ranging from news to personalities, and even dogs.

Omegle topped the overall top trending searches for this year. Also in this list are Thanos from Marvel's "Avengers," Halalan2019, and legendary actor Eddie Garcia, who passed away in June.

Pinoys also tuned in to the Pacquiao-Broner fight in January, and got "Memories" by Maroon 5 stuck in their heads.

Google also broke down the top searches into categories.

Jane De Leon, the new Darna, was the most searched female personality. Unsurprisingly, the Barretto sisters also made it to the list, as well as beauty queens Catriona Gray and Gazini Ganados.

Boy group SB19 turned out to be the most searched male personality. Mayors Vico Sotto and Isko Moreno also received a lot of interest from netizens.

The bull dog was the top trending search for dogs, while the latest NBA season was the most searched event.

Many Pinoys also apparently searched how to dark mode their phones, and of course, "Avengers: Endgame" was the top trending movie.
