?Netizens have taken to Twitter to thank her for some provisions that have arrived at their doorstep.

A Twitter user even posted the bags he took home from a grocery trip which he said was only “made possible” with Heart’s help. She replied to the tweet by saying: “I’m so happy. God bless you.”

But it's not all just Heart. The Kapuso celebrity was quick to thank establishments and her sponsors who've helped her in supplying food to medical front liners, as well as sleeping mats for relief operations.

On Instagram, she's saluted front liners for their sacrifice.

“You are our heroes. Thank you for your service and bravery,” Heart wrote in one of her Instagram posts.
