Policeman assists PWD woman on her way to claim financial aid from government

A policeman in Pagadian City assisted a disabled woman on her way to claiming financial aid from the government's social amelioration program (SAP).

According to the uploader Loren Mangumpit, the patrolman identified as Jumar Soliven spotted the older PWD on her way to the city hall and offered to carry her down a flight of stairs.

The photo was featured on GMA morning show "Unang Hirit," on Wednesday.

According to Susan Enriquez, Soliven has been receiving a lot of good praise from several netizens and the chief of the Pagadian City police station for going out of his way to help the lady.
