Comet Neowise lights up sky in Rizal

The comet Neowise lit up the skies in Rizal early Wednesday morning as captured by netizen John Rovic Baylon from Binangonan.

According to Baylon, he saw the comet also known as C/2020 F3 as it passed by his area.

The comet was first seen in March as it made its initial approach to the sun, according to a report by Space.com on Monday. 

Moving across the universe, comets are made of rocks and ice and reflect the sun’s light. – Kaela Malig/RC, GMA News
