Dentures found to cause flat tire in Iligan City in viral photo

A photo of a set of dentures or false teeth attached to a tire in Iligan City, Lanao del Norte has become viral, according to a report on State of the Nation.

Leo Padilla-Ricarte on his way home from attending a wake when he felt that there was an object attached to one of the tires of his car.

He pulled up to the side of the road to check on the tires of his car.

Ricarte was surprised to find a set of dentures that seemed to be "biting" one of the tires.

He tried to have his tire repaired at a nearby vulcanizing shop. However, because of the extent of damage caused by the teeth, he was advised to replace his tire with a new one.

Ricarte wants to return the teeth to the owner.

In his Facebook post, he encouraged the owner of the dentures to get in touch with him. The dentures are still intact. -- Joahna Lei Casilao/BAP, GMA News
