#YouTubeDown is currently the top trending topic on Twitter Philippines Wednesday morning (Philippine time) as users from all over the world over air their frustrations — or find humor in — the streaming site's outage.
It appears YouTube has been down for 30 minutes and neither Google nor YouTube has issued a statement about it.
Some videos are have been labeled deleted, but will play nevertheless. Other users meanwhile cannot access YouTube.
