18-year-old artist draws 12 ‘Avengers’ portraits at the same time using hands, feet, mouth

An 18-year-old artist from Davao Oriental has gone viral for drawing portraits of 12 “Avengers” characters all at the same time.

As seen on Athena Imperial’s “24 Oras” report, Tuesday, Alexis Bantiles did this in a span of 11 hours with the use of his hands, feet, and mouth.

Bantiles said he was inspired by the “draw like a printer” trend on social media. Though he admitted he had a hard time, he was happy with the results.

“I took a lot of breaks then and my hands felt numb,” he said in a mix of English and Filipino. “I also got confused as to what I would do first. I just did it one after another.”

Because this was his first time to do the trend, Bantiles said he had room for improvement. On his next Draw Like a Printer entry, he hoped to make his sketches cleaner.

He also shared a piece of advice to those who wish to improve their skills: “Huwag ka lang mag-stay sa comfort zone mo para mas makita mo rin kung ano ’yung magagawa mo talaga.”

As of writing, Bantiles’ video has attracted over 127,000 views, 22,000 likes, and 600 comments on TikTok. – Franchesca Viernes/RC, GMA News
