Bring back the feels with the 2022 version of Zayn Malik's 'You & I' high note
Directioners, rejoice! Zayn Malik just sang “You & I” in 2022.
On Instagram Saturday, the former One Direction singer shared a video of himself hitting his iconic high note from their 2014 track.
The eight-second video immediately became a godsend to the fandom, garnering over 11.8 million views and 186,000 replies in less than 24 hours.
As expected, the comments section was filled with Directioners rejoicing and feeling excited. Others are also still amazed by how the singer does it.
“You & I” was released in April 2014. As of writing, its music video has garnered a whopping 558 million views on YouTube. On Spotify, meanwhile, it has reached 408 million streams.
Zayn left One Direction in 2015. He has since been creating solo hits including “Pillowtalk” and “Let Me.”
