Heart Evangelista slams basher who called her a gold digger: 'I don’t need anyone to survive'

Heart Evangelista just slammed a basher — with so much grace and class, if we may add — and we're here for it.

Heart caught wind of Twitter user Basher Ng Bayan, who called her a "gold digger and that's a fact" and quickly slammed him shut.

"I don't need anybody to survive," Heart began.

"I am a woman and a woman can be or do anything she wants if she wills it," Heart continued.

"Remember I said that," the celebrity ended her short tweet that became something of an empowering message for all women.

Her followers quickly came to Heart's defense. "Baka goal digger," one said, while another commented, "Saya nyan napansin sya hehe. Heart is already rich even before she married [his] husband."

As of writing, Heart's tweet has generated over 1K hearts, nearly 200 retweets, and 26 replies of concern.

The Kapuso celebrity never did shy away from putting bashers to back their place, slamming their shut whenever she gets hate.

In 2020, a basher who called her "artificial" got the best advise from Heart. In 2021, she gave a chill but honest response to people insisting she get pregnant.
