No love lost after bus driver leaves conductor — at the station

The dramatic scene is like that of a love story, wherein the protagonist is left behind by the hero, a conductor was downtrodden when the driver of his bus left without him.

In the report of Oscar Oida on "State of the Nation," Jimuel Hilo Danaytan related the story of the conductor who was left behind by his driver at the bus station.

Jimuel and the conductor got off the bus at the same time, supposedly to unload Jimuel's luggage.

But the driver thought that it was just one of the passengers who got off the bus.

So, before Jimuel could get his luggage, the driver decided to leave... without knowing that his buddy - the conductor - was left behind.

A man on a motorcycle offered to go after the bus to inform the driver that the conductor was left behind at the terminal.

The conductor was advised to ride on the motorcycle, but he refused.

Jimuel related in a social media post, "parang may LQ (lover's quarrel) lang sila ng driver ay HAHAHA charot."

The story, however, ends well. The bus driver returned to the station to pick up the conductor. Jimuel was also able to retrieve his luggage. — BAP, GMA Integrated News
