OFW daughter's surprise brings mom to tears on her 50th birthday

A mother couldn't hold back her tears when her daughter, an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW), surprised her on her 50th birthday!

As revealed in a “Balitanghali” report, the mom was casually celebrating her milestone at a beach resort when her OFW daughter, Stacy, suddenly appeared just as she was blowing out her birthday candles.

In a heartwarming moment captured on camera, the mother and daughter shared a touching embrace.

According to the report, this marks the first time Stacy has been home in six years, as she has been working as a nurse in Canada.

Stacy's surprise was a well-planned event; she had booked a plane ticket to the Philippines back in February, ensuring she would be there for her mom's birthday celebration in September.

It's a happy birthday, indeed!
