Starting at 3 p.m., anyone can share their voice and talents for the event's open mic section.
Cosplay enthusiasts may participate at the workshop concerning their craft, while musicians and graphic artists can go to a band education talk or try their luck at t-shirt printing.
For those who prefer to watch movies, the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) will screen short films beginning at 4 p.m.
Rounding out the program at 6 p.m. are performances from Halili Cruz School of Ballet, Sinukwan Kapampangan Performing Arts, and representatives from local NAM grants.
Some of the events held earlier this month included the Makiling Inter-Cultural Arts Festival, a series of lectures, exhibits, and workshops by top artists and performing arts companies around the Philippines.
Meanwhile, PhilPost commemorated the event by issuing special stamps featuring the late National Artist for Theater and Film Lamberto Avellana. — Rie Takumi/VC, GMA News
