Time to get your tickets for ‘Wicked,’ Pinoy fans

Regardless of your relationship status, there's something to look forward to in the month of love next year.

On February 2, the hit Broadway musical "Wicked" returns to stage to delight theater fans. And for those who want to make sure they don't miss their chance to see the witches defy gravity, set an alarm for July 25.

Tickets for the show will be available from July 25 to August 25 as a part of a Visa presale, with credit, debit, and prepaid cardholders to enjoy a 10% discount during this period.

"Wicked" debuted on the Manila stage in 2014, much to the delight of theater enthusiasts who already fell in love with the songs from the musical.

Based on a novel by Gregory Maguire, "Wicked" imagines L. Frank Baum's "Wizard of Oz" from the perspective of the Wicked Witch of the West. The musical has been onstage since 2003, garnering praise for the music, the performance, and various technical aspects. — Aya Tantiangco/BM, GMA News
