Spider-Man gets a present from Tony Stark in new ‘Homecoming’ teaser

With great characters come a great number of movies. While audiences have been treated to no fewer than five Spider-Man films since 2002, the excitement is still high as Tom Holland dons the red and blue suit in his own movie for the first time.

In the teaser trailer for the new standalone film "Spider-Man: Homecoming", Happy Hogan (Jon Favraeu) draws young Peter Parker's attention to a care package from Tony Stark—a reminder for fans that the friendly neighborhood hero is finally part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The full trailer will be shown on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on December 8 (December 9 in Manila), while the movie is set for release in July 2017. — Aya Tantiangco/BM, GMA News
