Ariana Grande and John Legend star in ‘Beauty and the Beast’ music video

Less than two weeks before the premiere of the much-awaited live-action remake of the classic Disney film “Beauty and the Beast,” performers Ariana Grande and John Legend has given us a glimpse into its enchanting world in the official music video.

The video was released worldwide by Vevo on Sunday.

Performing in a castle tower, John serenades the viewers and plays the piano while Ariana hits the high notes in an elegant red gown reminiscent of the film's Enchanted Rose and her hair sleek.

In the middle of the singers' rendition of the iconic song, some of the film's characters make an appearance, including Belle (Emma Watson), the Beast (Dan Stevens), Mrs. Potts (Emma Thompson), and Chip (Nathan Mack).

The song “Beauty and the Beast” was originally performed by Angela Lansbury, who voiced Mrs. Potts in the 1991 Disney animated classic. It was also recorded as a duet by Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson.

The live-action remake of “Beauty and the Beast” will open in theaters on March 16. — Bianca Rose Dabu and Jannielyn Bigtas/BM, GMA News
