Hundreds of kids wearing national costumes celebrate UN Day

Hundreds of children from schools in Marikina and Antipolo gathered in SM City Masinag in Antipolo on Monday to celebrate United Nations Day.

Under the theme "All Together For One World," 1,870 students paraded around the mall wearing different national costumes and waving the flags of UN member countries.

UN Day is celebrated on October 24 and marks the anniversary of the implementation of the global body's Charter in 1945.
