What's happening at Sinulog 2018

The Sinulog 2018 Grand Parade has kicked off on Sunday morning at Cebu City Sports Complex to celebrate the annual cultural and religious festival.

Tribes and groups chant “Pit Señor! Viva Pit Señor!” to the drums as they dance for the miraculous image of the Sto. Niño de Cebu, dressed in colorful attires.

Performances are currently happening at Plaza Independencia.

Kapuso stars are joining the colorful celebration headlined by Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid.

Other Kapuso stars who are also attending the festivities include, "The One That Got Away" stars Lovi Poe and Dennis Trillo, "Kambal, Karibal" Miguel Tanfelix and Bianca Umali, "Sherlock, Jr" stars Ruru Madrid and Matt Evans, other TOTGA stars Ivan Dorschner, Migo Adecer, Jason Abalos, Max Collins and Rhian Ramos.

The Mofo Band will have a concert at Plaza Independencia, while the celebrated Filipino band Parokya ni Edgar will close the show at 8:00 p.m. — LA, GMA News
