Duterte sings after delivering SONA

President Rodrigo Duterte sang after he delivered his fourth State of the Nation Address on Monday.

Duterte sang "Ikaw" and "Moon River" as the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra played along.

Delighted after his performance, the President stayed on to listen to the orchestra and then invited the group over for a jamming session and dinner at Malacañang.
