In the video, the Filipina beauty queen confidently said, "I am Rabiya Mateo from the Philippines and I am a phenomenal woman with action."

Seventy-four delegates will be vying for the most prestigious crown at the Miss Universe coronation night which will be held at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, on May 16 (May 17, 8 a.m. in Philippine time).
