Glaiza de Castro throws support behind art exhibit of children with disabilities

Glaiza de Castro is giving her full support for children with disabilities who are expressing themselves with art.

In a Facebook post, the Kapuso actress shared photos of herself visiting the Special Achievers' exhibit at the Hiraya Gallery in Manila.

"So inspiring to see these artworks yesterday at @hirayagallery," she wrote.

"I also met Ravi, one of the artists from @special_achievers’ ARTiculate Exhibit as he told me about his painting series. As someone who has communication disorder, his work sends out a clear message; that we always need to take care of our soul, mind, heart and body," she added.

Ravi is among the young artists featured at the ARTiculate Exhibit organized by non-profit organization Special Achievers, which champions children's right to self-expression.

The exhibit will run until August 17. —JCB, GMA News
