Beatrice Gomez congratulates new Miss Universe Harnaaz Sandhu with a warm hug and thoughtful words

Beatrice Gomez is quite the queen.

Shortly after the Miss Universe coronation event, the Philippine bet visited the newly crowned Harnaaz Sandhu to congratulate her.

As seen in Instagram Stories post of Miss Universe Philippines creative director Jonas Gaffud, Luigi swung by what looks like Harnaaz's hotel room to give her a hug and congratulate her for her win.

"We are so proud of you," Luigi was heard saying.

"Aww, I love you," Harnaaz replied.

"I love you, too," said Luigi as the two beauty queens hugged it out again.

Luigi's next question to the new Miss Universe showed just how thoughtful our Cebuana beauty truly is: "Did you get to talk to your family yet?" she asked.

Harnaaz Sandhu was crowned the new Miss Universe on Monday morning (Philippine time), besting 79 other candidates.

And while Luigi made the Philippines proud with her exceptional performance, bowing out in the Final Five, it was how she related to the other candidates that cemented her queenly status for us.

She made a lot of friends all through the two-week competition. She was first spotted having a good time with Miss Armenia, and then during finals night, Miss Singapore and Miss Vietnam publicly hyping her her on as Luigi made her way to the Final Five.

Shortly, after Luigi was seen exchanging pleasantries on stage with fellow Filipina Marian Rivera, who served as judge for the pageant. And now this, congratulating the new Miss Universe.
