Baby Tali is a ball of sunshine in her Buwan ng Wika attire

It's still Buwan ng Wika in the Sotto household as Baby Tali — or should we say Binibining Talitha Marie Sotto — wears her baro't saya with aplomb.

On Instagram, proud mom Pauleen Luna posted a photo of her baby girl looking like a ball of shine in her cheery yellow baro't saya. She had a bandana on her hand, a panuelo on her butterfly sleeve, and the accent skirt to boot, too.

But it's not just the yellow theme of her outfit. Tali bore a beautiful smile on her face and looked as confident as she is comfortable in her Filipiniana garb.

"Binibining Talitha Maria Sotto," Pauleen wrote with a heart and the hashtag to explain her daughter's outfit.
