Mike De Leon films to be screened in New York's Museum of Modern Art
Mike De Leon's films will be screened in New York's Museum of Modern Art for the month of November.
According to the MoMA website, the complete retrospective of De Leon's works includes his feature films as a writer and director.
The retrospective will be screened at the The Debra and Leon Black Family Film Center.
Among De Leon's films are "Itim," "Kisapmata," "Sister Stella L.," "Batch '81" and, "Citizen Jake."
Also included in the screening are a few surviving classic Filipino films from the 1930s to 1960s.
