KPOPWORLD Festival, which counts SB19 among headliners, pushed back to 2027

KPOPWORLD Festival USA, the music festival which counts SB19 among its lineup of performers, has been postponed to 2027.

According to a statement on X, the music fest said that the postponement comes after "extensive discussions with our immigration, production, and event teams."

"The reason rests on the uncertainty of obtaining US visas for some of the international artists and groups in time for this major event, despite using expedited and all means of services," KPOPWORLD said.

"There is uncertainty in meeting timely processing deadlines, which is outside the control of the artists, their agencies, and the KPOPWORLD Festival team," the festival added.

In order to not disappoint fans with a reduced lineup and to deliver the promised experience, KPOPWORLD said postponing the festival is the most responsible decision.

The festival apologized for the inconvenience.

Current ticket holders will be given an exclusive pre-sale code before the general sale for the rescheduled festival. Ticketmaster is also handling refunds for everyone, which will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days.

KPOPWORLD Festival USA was originally scheduled for October 30 to 31 at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

SB19 is the only non-Korean act in the lineup, which includes Jay Park, The Rose, Jessi, Dean&Tabber, Cravity, Xdinary Heroes, Artms, Heyoon, Wonho, and Dayoung.

SB19 has been hitting the international music festival circuit this year. The group made history as the first Filipino act to perform at the Lollapalooza, one of the world's biggest music festivals. The group also performed at the Summer Sonic in Japan in August.

The group recently teased upcoming music coming out in October.

Composed of Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin, SB19 is known for their songs "MAPA," "GENTO," "Dungka!" and "VISA."
