Ben&Ben submits 'Leaves (Reimagined)' for Grammy consideration
Ben&Ben has submitted a song for consideration at the Grammy Awards.
On Instagram, the folk-pop OPM band announced that it has submitted one of its newest releases, “Leaves (Reimagined),” for consideration in the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance category.
“A long shot, impossible dream, but we will still try!” Ben&Ben said in Filipino and thanked their fans, Liwanag, for being with them.
“Leaves (Reimagined)” is one of the tracks in Ben&Ben’s anthology album, “Nine.” The band said it is a “deeper, more mature version” than the original release.
The band is also fresh from a major concert, “Saranggola,” held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on October 2.
In January, they released the single “Duyan.” It came with a romantic music video starring real-life Kapuso couple Gabbi Garcia and Khalil Ramos.
SB19 and BINI have also submitted their music for Grammy consideration.
