Kris Aquino reminds son Josh of '98% of PH' who stood for him: 'We've been so blessed'
While Kris Aquino chose to ignore the insensitive remarks made on the "Machong Chismisan" podcast about her son Josh, she made sure to acknowledge the public's overwhelming support for her son.
On Instagram, Kris shared a selfie with Josh and thanked her good friend Anne Binay for giving her son a home when her health is not doing OK.
"When my health isn't okay, their home becomes your home," the Queen of All Media said.
"Whenever you're sad, remember that for a few days 98% of the [Philippines] stood with you?" she added. "We have been so blessed."
Kris also gave an update on her health, revealing that two of her major organs need more medical attention as she continues to battle autoimmune diseases.
Despite her health challenges, she remained hopeful and thanked everyone who continues to pray for her and her family.
Meanwhile, the comments made on "Machong Chismisan" drew criticism, including from Boy Abunda, who condemned the remarks.
The podcast and The Pod Network later issued apologies and removed the episode and related clips.
