Braganza said Baguio Island will promote Cordillera culture, and will have such facilities as huts. Alaminos and its wonderful island resorts has been a side destination of tourists after coming from Baguio destination. The two mayors signed the sisterhood memorandum of agreement at the University of Baguio Gym. The agreement will create opportunities for both cities to develop its tourism and promote the exchange of culture and expertise. This is the first time that an one of the Hundred Islands in Alaminos be named after another place. All of the major islands are named after Filipino presidents and heroes. "We plan to showcase the different cultures and places in the Philippines within the different islands comprising the park reservation area of the Hundred Islands, by visiting the Hundred Islands you will now tend to experience a bit of the other cultures and famous places of the Philippines after we complete the improvement of the Hundred Islands," Braganza added. - GMANews.TV
