PHLPost said the stamps will be available in denominations of P20 and P40, adding it will roll out two designs to mark the occasion.
The stamps feature photos of "national symbols for peace and democracy," it said.
It said these include the EDSA People Power Monument for the Philippines, and Brandenburg Gate for Germany.
PHL-German ties
In 1954, an agreement led to a dynamic cooperation between the Philippines and Germany.
"The German- Filipino relations goes back to the the 19th century when our national hero Jose Rizal lived in Germany and finished writing his famous novel Noli Me Tangere. It was published with the assistance of professor Ferdinand Blumentritt," PHLPost said. — Joel Locsin/BM, GMA News
