RP's Ms Universe bet is crowned Ms Photogenic

Despite failing to make it into the finals of the 2007 Miss Universe pageant, Philippine bet Anna Theresa Licaros will be taking home the Miss Photogenic title. This will be the seventh time the Philippines has won the Miss Photogenic title. Internet voting has decided the winner of the Miss Photogenic title in recent years.
