LOOK: Crowds, participants gather for Panagbenga Festival
Crowds and delegates crowded Baguio City early Saturday to take part in this year's edition of the yearly Panagbenga Flower Festival.
Photos posted online by GMA Dagupan's Alfie Tulagan showed crowds as well as bands gathering early Saturday for the event.
This year's theme is "Let a thousand flowers bloom."

Some of the tourists had already started waiting as early as 4 a.m., GMA Dagupan's Tulagan said.

In Metro Manila, several travelers lined up at a bus company's Cubao terminal to get to Baguio, the company said.
