Victoria’s Secret unveils $2-million Fireworks Fantasy Bra
Every year before the much-awaited annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, the largest American lingerie retailer unveils its Fantasy Bra, the brand's one-of-a-kind, jewel-encrusted luxury lingerie item worth millions of dollars.
This year's "Fireworks Fantasy Bra" is designed by jeweler Pascal Mouawad and modeled by Victoria's Secret Angel Lily Aldridge.
The fireworks-themed underwear features 6,500 gems, including blue topaz, pink quartz, and yellow sapphire, totaling 375 carats.
There are also 126 diamonds used on the panties alone, while 18-carat of gold is used in the bra.
The Fireworks Fantasy Bra costs $2 million, or about 40,000 regular Victoria's Secret bras, according to ETOnline.
Twenty-nine-year-old-year-old Aldridge will also be modeling the bra at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in New York this December.

According to the veteran Angel in an interview with PeopleStyle, “I’m not scared, I’m super excited and I’m anxious to just get on the runway and wear it and be in that moment."
"Some of the girls who have worn it in the past are just like, ‘Enjoy every moment of it.’ It’s such a special experience and I’m really excited," she added.
Last year, Victoria's Secret Angels Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima hit the runway wearing mirror-image sapphire, ruby and diamond sets also created by Mouawad, valued at $2 million apiece.
In 2010, veteran model Candice Swanepoel modeled the $10-million Fantasy Bra, with a 52-carat pear-shaped ruby as centerpiece. — Bianca Rose Dabu/BM, GMA News
