Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach’s Manic Monday
There's no question about it: Three attempts and one announcement flub later, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach is irrevocably Miss Universe 2015. The beauty queen spent the first working Monday of the year in a whirlwind of interviews in New York City, from "Good Morning America" (GMA) to ABC's "Nightline."
Early Monday morning (evening in the Philippines), Wurtzbach shared behind-the-scenes photos from the GMA set. She posed with host Lara Spencer, with whom she talked about her thoughts on Miss Colombia and being a Bond girl.
She then appeared on "Kelly and Michael," but not before actress Eva Longoria and stylist Ken Paves crashed her "Access Hollywood" interview. She also had selfies with actor Samuel L. Jackson and "The Bachelor" star Ben Higgins.
After her interview with hosts Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan, Wurtzbach was given the chance to do her Miss Universe walk.
After a quick wardrobe change, Wurtzbach then gave "Inside Edition" a tour of her New York apartment.
She also made an appearance on Extra TV, where she graciously elaborated on her relationship with Miss Colombia, with whom she spoke last Christmas, and how she feels about host Steve Harvey ("He's a breath of fresh air!").
Working well into the evening, Wurtzbach appeared on "CNN Tonight with Don Lemon," where she answered five pageant questions in 45 seconds, including proposing communication as the key to world peace.

And for her final interview of the day, Wurtzbach spoke with Juju Chang for "Nightline" about "brushing off" negative comments, but also fighting cyber bullying. — Aya Tantiangco/BM, GMA News
