Mowgli's in full swing in the main trailer of the ‘The Jungle Book’
The live-action "The Jungle Book" trailer offers the cutest thing ever: a real bear hug. Even better, the free-spirited bear Baloo is voiced by the legendary Bill Murray.
Mowgli (Neel Sethi) opens his arms to a number of animals in his journey of self-discovery, ignited by the malevolant plans of the tiger Shere Khan (voiced by Idris Elba).
Joined by Baloo and the wise panther Bagheera (voiced by Ben Kingsley), Mowgli meets colorful personalities, including Kaa (voice of Scarlett Johannsson), a python whose seductive voice and gaze hypnotizes the man-cub, and the smooth-talking King Louie (voice of Christopher Walken), who tries to coerce Mowgli into giving up the secret to the elusive and deadly red flower: fire.
The all-star cast also includes Lupita Nyong'o as the voice of the fiercely protective mother wolf Raksha, and Giancarlo Esposito as the voice of wolf pack’s alpha male Akela.
"The Jungle Book", directed by the "Iron Man" series' Jon Favreau, opens in theaters on April 6. — AT, GMA News
