Lego to release 18 new Disney mini figures in May

Lego and Disney have teamed up to produce pint-sized versions of childhood heroes, bringing to life characters from beloved classics.

Whether you idolize lovesick mermaid Ariel or the more ambitious sea witch Ursula, the lineup includes heroes and villains alike. 

On the roster are Mickey and Minnie (of course) with Donald and Daisy. Joining them are Maleficent, Stitch, Alice, the Cheshire Cat, Aladdin, and the Genie. Characters from sister company Pixar were also given the Lego treatment. 

The mini figures will be released in May 2016.

Last year, Lego produced Disney Princess figures and posted high sales for "Frozen"-related merchandise. — AT, GMA News
