Ariella Arida greets ‘mars’ Pia Wurtzbach happy birthday

Ariella Arida on Saturday wrote a greeting full of support and admiration for birthday girl Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach.

Arida and Wurtzbach were in competition during Binibining Pilipinas 2013. Arida won the crown that year and went on to represent the Philippines in the international pageant.

Wurtzbach finished first runner up, but she would join Binibining Pilipinas again (and again) and she eventually brought home the third Miss Universe crown for the country in 2015.

The two had a reunion in New York with Miss Globe 2015 Ann Lorraine Colis earlier this year. — AT, GMA News
