Aicelle Santos channels queenly Pia look in ‘I Dare to Dream’ ball gown

Aicelle Santos at the "I Dare to Dream" concert Wednesday looked like she stepped out of a fairy tale in her regal blue ball gown. The dress made her look like the classic Disney princess Cinderella and it also had a little bit of Miss Universe chic.

The gown's cut and color had people seeing a bit of Pia Wurtzbach in Aicelle, with one fan commenting: "Aicelle Santos Wurtzbach Philippines!!!"

Wurtzbach during her final walk as Miss Universe wore a Michael Cinco blue ball gown, with intricate bead and sequin details. Santos' dress is designed by Neric Beltran.

Cinco revealed in an Instagram post that he was inspired by Albert Andrada, who designed the evening gown Wurtzbach wore when she won the Miss Universe crown. — Jannielyn Ann Bigtas / AT, GMA News
